Paul Phillips Hall
The Paul Phillips Hall is a 60 seat venue located in the heart of Fernwood at 1923 Fernwood Road. Our hall is suitable for a wide variety of event types including public meetings, theatrical performances, lectures, film screenings, workshops and musical events. All monies generated by hall rentals go into supporting our operations.

Our current rate for hall rental is $30 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) plus a deposit (with a credit card on file or $100). Rentals are allowed during the day and evening with a maximum end time of 11:00PM for cessation of events.
A security person must be present during the entire duration of all evening events involving amplified music and/or liquor licensing to ensure that conditions of use are met and the premises is not at risk. The principal renter will also be in attendance for the entire event. Security must be arranged and paid for by the principal renter.
Accessibility information:
- Little Fernwood is on the number 22 bus route. It is across the street, and past one business from the bustop right outside the Fernwood Inn.
- There is a slight incline after crossing the road up to the Venue
- Paul Phillips Hall is accessible by wheelchair and other mobility aids. The room is on the main floor. However, the stage is not currently accessible by mobility devices.
- There is not an automatic door button on the main door.
- There is small incline/ ramp at main entrance that is tiled, it can be very slippery when it rains for manual chairs/ canes/ walkers.
- There are washrooms available, including a wheelchair accessible washroom in the main room.
