Paul Phillips Hall

The Paul Phillips Hall is a 60 seat venue located in the heart of Fernwood at 1923 Fernwood Road. Our hall is suitable for a wide variety of event types including public meetings, theatrical performances, lectures, workshops and musical events. All monies generated by hall rentals go into supporting FCA operations.

The hall rental fee is $30 per hour and a deposit is required (credit card on file or $100.00). There is a minimum of 2 hours. Rentals are allowed during the day and evening with a maximum end time of 11:00PM for cessation of events.

Features of our hall include:

  • Wheelchair accessible venue and washroom
  • Ability to seat up to 60 individuals
  • Large stage is suitable for speakers or performances
  • Kitchenette area includes sink, microwave, small fridge
  • Chairs and folding table available for use

Little Gladstone Studio

The Little Gladstone Studio (formerly known as the FCAA Boardroom) is located in the heart of Fernwood at 1923 Fernwood Road, entrance is around the back of Little Fernwood. Access up ramp from Gladstone Ave. The space features folding tables and chairs and has its own dedicated entrance. Suitable for private group meeting and workshops. All monies generated by rentals go into supporting FCAA operations.

Features of our boardroom include:

  • Washroom

  • Wheelchair accessible

  • 4 Folding tables for flexibility of use
  • Ability to seat up to 20 individuals
  • Projector and Screen available upon request

Our current rate is $15 per hour plus a $100 damage and key deposit. The minimum rental is for 2 hours. Rentals are allowed during the day and evening with a maximum end time of 11:00PM for cessation of events. Note that loud music events in Paul Phillips Hall could be heard in this space.

Store Front Studio

The Store Front Studio features a large table with chairs and has its own dedicated entrance on Fernwood Rd. It has large windows and is suitable so a small group meeting or workshop. This space can be used in addition to the Paul Phillips Hall during a Market or other larger events. All monies generated by rentals go into supporting FCAA operations.

Features of our meeting space include:

  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Ability to seat up to 12 individuals
  • A large table and chairs suitable for meetings

Our current rate for boardroom rental is $10 per hour plus a $100 damage and key deposit. The minimum rental is for 2 hours. Rentals are allowed during the day and evening with a maximum end time of 11:00PM for cessation of events.
